The ski (1) has front- and rear stiffener rods (10, 11) and/or front- and rear stiffener tractions (15, 16) engaged to a ski board (2) for changing stiffness of the ski. The rods and/or the tractions are loaded with compressive- and tractive forces, which are applied by tilting movement of ski boot attachable to the ski. The rods and the tractions are provided in regions of upper- and lower sides (13, 14) of the ski, respectively. The rods and the tractions are guided from a binding to rear and/or front ski-ends (4, 12), where the binding is retained at the ski board by a binding plate (5).
