PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling a wiper are provided to power a wiper even if a user does not get on a vehicle by wirelessly controlling the operation of the wiper. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling a wiper comprises a wiper driving unit(140), a multifunctional input part, and a controller. The wiper driving part has a parking switch(142). The parking switch repetitively powers a wiper motor(141). The multifunctional input part receives a signal for controlling the wiper driving part. The controller controls the wiper driving part depending on the signal and analyzes an on/off signal transferred from the parking switch. |
