PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling voice of construction equipment are provided to enable a worker to easily use construction equipment by controlling the construction equipment using voice. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling voice of construction equipment comprises a memory part(140), a microphone, a seat sensor(110), a voice control switch(108), and a mute switch(106). The memory part stores order information. The microphone comprises a first microphone(120) and a second microphone(130). The seat sensor senses whether a worker seats or not. The voice control switch switches a voice control mode. The mute switch is switched by the selection of the worker.
