PURPOSE: A textile shrinkage processing device is provided to prevent shrinkage of textiles after sewing by shirking the high shrinkage textiles in advance with a steam supply part, a heating part, and a cool-drying part. CONSTITUTION: A textile shrinkage processing device includes the following: a steam supply part(30) supplying high temperature steam to textiles; a heating part(40) drying the textiles; and a cool-drying part(50) drying the textiles. The steam supply part, the heating part, and the cool-drying part are arranged between a textile supply part(10) and a textile discharge part(20) successively. The textile is transferred by a conveyor system(4,37,38,39).
