METHOD FOR PRODUCING OF POLYESTER FIBER FOR RUBBER REINFORCEMENT

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyester fiber for rubber reinforcement is provided to secure adhesion of rubber and the polyester fiber while improving productivity of a tire by reducing vulcanization time of the tire. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyester fiber for rubber reinforcement includes the following steps: passing the polyester fiber through first processing liquid; passing the processed polyester fiber through second processing liquid; and drying and heat-treating the fiber. The first processing liquid includes blocked polyisocyanates of 0-1wt% and aliphatic epoxide of 3-5wt%. The second processing liquid includes the blocked isocyanate of 2-5wt%.
