PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress excessive current from being passed between multiple power storage portions in a power supply system equipped with the power storage portions.

SOLUTION: A first converter control unit 210 controls a first converter in accordance with voltage control mode. A second converter control unit 230 controls a second converter in accordance with current control mode. The second converter control unit 230 generates a duty ratio command Duty_s for controlling the second converter by a control computation. This computation includes: a current feedback control element for matching the current value of a corresponding power storage portion with a target current value; and a current feedforward control element for adding a value corresponding to the ratio of the voltage value of a corresponding power storage portion and a target voltage value. An upper and lower limit value limiting unit 250A sets upper and lower limit values of duty ratio in accordance with a duty ratio command Duty_m for controlling the first converter and limits the duty ratio command Duty_s so that it falls within the upper and lower limit values.
