<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the degree of pain and uncomfortableness of users Ma and Mb caused when abutted on a vertically long grip 13. <P>SOLUTION: In the bathtub 11 with the vertically long grip, the upper and lower connection parts 13b and 13b of the vertically long grip 13 are bonded to an erected surface 12a inside the bathtub, and the upper and lower connection parts 13b are extended from a long holding part 13a on the front side, which is long in the vertical direction, to the rear part for the vertically long grip 13.
