<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitter and a mask for improving adhesion to a face while securing sufficient air-permeability. <P>SOLUTION: A fitter 21 is composed of velour materials provided with a base cloth 22 and a pile part 24 comprising a plurality of piles 23 erected on the base cloth 22 and the mask is brought into close contact with the face by attaching the base cloth 22 part to the upper edge part of the mask.
