<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric frame capable of preventing the short circuit of an electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric frame (20) includes a tuning-fork type piezoelectric vibrating piece (30) having a pair of vibrating arms (21) extending from one end side of a base portion (23) and excitation electrodes (33, 34) on the pair of vibrating arms (21), an outer frame (22) surrounding the tuning-fork type piezoelectric vibrating piece on the outer side of the tuning-fork type piezoelectric vibrating piece, supporting arms (26) extending from the base portion (23) to the outer frame (22) and supporting the tuning-fork type piezoelectric vibrating piece, and an acute angle region (11) formed on a side between the outer frame and the tuning-fork type piezoelectric vibrating piece and having an acute angle seen from the thickness direction of the outer frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
