<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power and heat accumulator capable of performing a power accumulating operation to a power accumulation means and a heat accumulating operation to a heat accumulation means excellently while suppressing increase in contract demand capacity using electric power in the late-night time zone cheaper than that in other time zones. <P>SOLUTION: To save daily required heat quantity determined based on performance in the past in a hot water storage tank before the end time of the late-night time zone, a heat accumulating operation starting time of a heat pump unit is calculated (a step 106). To save daily required power accumulation quantity determined based on performance in the past in a secondary battery before the heat pump unit operation starting time calculated in the step 106, a charging operation starting time of the secondary battery is calculated (a step 111). The secondary battery is charged from the charging operation starting time to the heat accumulating operation starting time, and the heat pump unit is operated from the heat accumulating operation starting time to the end time of the late-night time zone to accumulate heat in the hot water storage tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
