<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking brake device capable of preventing erroneous recognition of a braking state by a driver after an alarm means is operated once. <P>SOLUTION: This parking brake device includes a failure decision means 27 for deciding failures of first and second contacts 20A and 20B and third and fourth contacts 21A and 21B, and a matching decision means 28 for deciding coincidence/non-coincidence between a braking-releasing instruction of the driver and an operation state of an electric motor 13. After the failure decision means 27 decides the presence of the failures, an alarm lamp 26 is turned ON when the matching decision means 28 decides the non-coincidence, and the alarm lamp 26 is turned OFF when the matching decision means 28 decides the coincidence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
