PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which can be downsized in the width direction. SOLUTION: The air conditioner includes a brush which can move horizontally while being brought into contact with an air filter passing air sucked from a room and removes dust sticking to the air filter, and a cleaning unit 40 arranged below the brush and having a dust box 42 receiving dust sticking to the brush.
