PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instantaneously cooling beverage dispenser capable of dispensing a beverage at a speed bigger than a conventional dispensing speed of the beverage such as beer. SOLUTION: The instantaneously cooling beverage dispenser 1 includes: a cooling water vessel body 2 cooling the beverages D compressively sent in two lines from beverage supply means 3; a cooling pipe 4 for the beverages in the two lines for the beverages D in the two lines to pass through; a converging valve 8 coverging the beverages D from the two cooling pipes 4 for the beverage join each other into one line; a dispensing cock 7 arranged on the dispensing side of the converging valve 8; cooling water 9 put in a cooling vessel body 2; a cooling pipe 5 for a coolant arranged in the inner surroundings of the cooling vessel body 2; a refrigerator unit 10 which circulates and supplies the coolant to the cooling pipe 5, cools the cooling water 9, freezes the same and deposits ice I on the circumference of the cooling pipe 5 to cool the cooling water 9 and cool the beverage D; and a stirring means 14 stirring the cooling water 9 cooled by the ice I wherein the beverage sent via the converging valve 8 is dispensed at a high speed by the dispensing cock 7.
