<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify transmission and acquisition of a photograph, location information, etc., that are complicated operations, in a mobile phone terminal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An information providing system transmits and receives data between user mobile phone terminals having data communication, a GPS function or an area information function based on a base station and a photographing function. The information providing system has functions of: acquiring location information on a location where a user has made shooting using an application of the mobile phone terminal having a camera and a GPS function for each user, a photograph and an ID for enabling identification of each user; and storing or deleting data in a database in response to a request from various types of user terminals, wherein the location information and photograph stored in the database are displayed on the various types of user terminals.
