<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing preventing deformation of a raceway ring while surely preventing co-rotation and eliminating deviation of dimension of the raceway ring after assembly of the bearing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This rolling bearing device includes an inner ring 3, an outer ring 2, rolling elements 4, a first sealing member 10 fixed on one of circumference surfaces of an outer circumference surface of the inner ring 3 and an inner circumference surface of the outer ring 2, and a second sealing member 11 fixed on another circumference surface of the outer circumference surface of the inner ring 3 and the inner circumference surface of the outer ring 2 and constructing a seal part together with the first sealing member 10. The first sealing member 10 includes a cylindrical part 10a fixed on one of the circumference surfaces by transition fitting or loose fitting, and an annular plate part 10b extending in a radial direction toward the circumference surface of another circumference surface from an axial direction one end of the cylindrical part 10a. A projection part 20 projecting in an axial direction is formed at an axial direction another end projecting in the axial direction another end of the cylindrical part 10a. A hollow part 21 in which the projection part 20 can be fitted is formed on one circumference surface on which the cylindrical part 10a of the first sealing member 10 is fixed.
