PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe set having stability of a hybrid material at the same level when a plurality of probes are set for a same nucleic acid of an object of detection. SOLUTION: There are provided the probe set having adjusted binding power, e.g. a Tm value of each probe with the consideration of the base length of one-stranded part on both sides in the hybrid material composed of the nucleic acid chain of the object of detection and probes.
