PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing structure of a panel wherein the panel can be replaced easily even after the execution. SOLUTION: An object 2 to be engaged is provided to the end of the panel 1 in a projected state, and a temporary fastener 4 is provided on a wall substrate 3. The panel 1 is temporarily fixed to the wall substrate 3 in a horizontally movable manner by engaging the object 2 to be engaged of the panel 1 with the temporary fastener 4. Then the temporarily-fixed panel 1 is permanently fixed to the wall substrate 3 by a fastener 6, and the temporarily-fixed panel 1 can be moved with respect to the wall substrate 3 by so-called lift-and-fit manner.
