PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image data output apparatus capable of changing output conditions preset by a user through simple operation. SOLUTION: A selector 18a selects a plurality of image data items subjected to change output conditions stored in an output condition memory 19a in preview display. When a user changes output conditions, in response to the plurality of image data items selected by the selector 18a, the output conditions changed by the user are stored in the output condition memory 19a again.
