PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate metadata indicating tastes of viewing content not for predetermined groups and without input processing complicated to users. SOLUTION: A content reproducing unit includes a metadata generation means for generating metadata for addition by relating to video content, and a community identification means for identifying a community to which the user belongs.
