YEAST HOLDING FOREIGN PROTEIN AND USE THEREOF

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for holding a foreign protein in a state favorable for activity development in a yeast cell surface layer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The yeast for holding a foreign protein in a cell surface layer comprises: a first skeleton protein containing a type 1 cohesin domain of type 1 scaffold holding protein of cellulosome, a type II dockerin domain and a domain composed of a specific amino acid sequence or an amino acid sequence having ≥90% identity of the amino acid sequence; and a second skeleton protein containing a first skeleton protein-binding domain derived from a type II cohesin domain of type II scaffold holding protein of cellulosome.
