<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain location information of a specific location using a distributed network such as the Internet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A signal from a GPS transmitter 200 is received by a GPS receiver 120. A transceiver 130 transmits an obtained coordinate entry to the distributed network 305. Information related to the coordinate entry that defines the specific location is put together as a Web page on a predetermined node 300 of the distributed network 305, then transferred to a computer 110 through the transceiver 130 and displayed on a display 140.
