<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power amplifier large in output and high in efficiency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This power amplifier 100 includes: a bipolar transistor 102 for amplifying a signal input to the base and outputs the amplified signal from the collector; and an inductor 107 between the emitter of the bipolar transistor 102 and the ground. Since the inductance between the emitter and the ground is larger than parasitic inductance between the emitter and the ground, when the inductor 107 is not installed, the bipolar transistor 102 can make the output increase, without increasing the size of the emitter.
