PURPOSE: A water leakage prevention apparatus for a water pump in a vehicle is provided to block the water infiltrated through a seal during the operation of the water pump using a bolt so that the water slowly passes through a tap part and naturally evaporate. CONSTITUTION: A water leakage prevention apparatus for a water pump in a vehicle comprises a housing(10), a rotary shaft(11), an impeller(12), an electric motor(13), a seal(16), a bearing(14), and a leakage prevention unit. The rotary shaft is stored across the inside of the housing. The impeller is axially connected to an end of the rotary shaft. The electric motor is connected to the other end of the rotary shaft. The seal is installed in the rear of the impeller. The bearing supports the rotary shaft. The leakage prevention unit is installed between the seal and the bearing.
