PURPOSE: A micro fluid control apparatus and an assembling method thereof are provided to simply connect a micro fluid controller chip and a controlling parent body without the water leakage, and to store a reaction solution without the evaporation. CONSTITUTION: A micro fluid control apparatus comprises the following: more than one reaction solution storage chamber(210) sealed with a sealing tape(230); a quarter micro channel(260) in which one end is connected to the reaction solution storage chamber; a main micro channel(270) connected with the other end of the quarter micro channel; a micro fluid controller chip(200) operating micro fluid inside a reaction solution; a needle(160) penetrating the sealing tape; and a controlling parent body(100) controlling the movement of the micro fluid.
