TIME SYNCHRONIZATION METHOD FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A time synchronizing method of a wireless telecommunications system which efficiently can recompense to a time sync error is provided to estimate the accurate location of a protective section of a transmitted signal. CONSTITUTION: An initial time offset estimation part(511) gets the initial time offset in one symbol duration with the performance of the cross correlation. A critical voltage estimating part(514) presumes the critical voltage for the signal detection. A threshold voltage reconfirmation part(515) reaffirms the spot exceeding the critical voltage. A number of STS(Short Training Symbol) which a symbol boundary estimating part(517) shorts and boundary are presumed. An initial time offset compensation part(518) performs the initial time offset correction.
