PURPOSE: A vortex arc welding device is provided to stabilize spraying property by reducing the loss of droplet by evenly dispersing solution according to the flow of air layer. CONSTITUTION: A vortex arc welding device comprises a gas nozzle(3), a gas ejector(2), a metal wire(1), and a spiral blade(10). A gas injection nozzle(4) is formed on the center of a gas nozzle. The gas ejector is installed inside the gas nozzle. The gas ejector ejects gas flowing in through an air input hose. The metal wire is installed on both sides of the gas ejector and produces arc. The spiral blade is installed at the end part of the air input hose.
