<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device capable of obtaining almost equal defocus amounts with light rays of a plurality of wavelengths, and to provide an optical disk device. <P>SOLUTION: The optical pickup device includes: a light source 10 for emitting light rays of the plurality of different wavelengths; an objective lens 12 for condensing reflected light rays 22 and 23 from the optical disk; an astigmatism aberration generator 14 for converting light into light for obtaining a defocus amount; and a photoreceiver 15 for converting the reflected lights 22 and 23 of a plurality of wavelengths made incident on different positions of one light receiving surface 16 into electric signals for obtaining defocus amounts to output the electric signals. The light receiving surface 16 is disposed to be tilted with respect to an optical axis so that defocus amounts obtained from the reflected lights 22 and 23 of the plurality of wavelengths focused on the optical disk are made almost equal to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
