<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe nonaqueous electrolytic liquid secondary battery wherein a porous insulating layer arranged between positive and negative electrodes has a shutdown nature, and hardly causes meltdown at a high-temperature environment. <P>SOLUTION: In the nonaqueous electrolytic liquid secondary battery having the positive electrode and the negative electrode capable of occluding and discharging lithium, the porous insulating layer formed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and a nonaqueous electrolytic liquid wherein an electrolyte is dissolved into a nonaqueous solvent, the nonaqueous electrolytic liquid secondary battery includes a thermoplastic resin with high molecular weight wherein the molecular weight is 200,000-5,000,000 and a thermoplastic resin with low molecular weight wherein the molecular weight is less than 200,000 as a constituent component of the porous insulating layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
