PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ID tag integrated type game medium in which when an impact from the outside is applied, it is possible to prevent damage to an ID tag by alleviating this impact. SOLUTION: The ID tag integrated type game medium has the ID tag 11 to which ID information is memorized, a first resin material 12 which overlays the circumference of the ID tag 11, and a second resin material 13 which has a larger elastic modulus than the first resin material 12 and overlays the circumference of the first resin material 12 to give a circular plane shape. Thus, when an impact is applied to the exterior of the game medium 1, the deformation of the game medium 1 is lessened by the second resin material 13 and stress transferred to the ID tag 11 by the first resin material 12 is relaxed, and therefore the damage to the ID tag 11 can be prevented.
