<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric junction box which is prevented from a local increase in temperature inside a case. <P>SOLUTION: On the rear face 37 of a circuit board 12, a metallic heat dissipation member 19 is stacked via an insulating heat transmission member 18. The circuit board 12 is provided in a case 11 in such a posture that the heat dissipation member 19 is located on the bottom wall 13 side of the case 11. An open window 16 is formed in the bottom wall 13 of the case 11, and the heat dissipation member 19 is so provided as to block the window 16 and is exposed outside the case 11. A space surrounded by the bottom wall 13 and sidewall 14 is filled with a filler 32. The front face 36 of the circuit board 12 and electronic components 17 are covered with the filler 32.
