PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of peripheral light, to perform downsizing and resolution increase compatibly and to suppress blur of an object image. SOLUTION: A difference image generation means 3 generates a difference image between a first image formed by a charge converted in part of light-receiving parts 10A of many light-receiving parts 10 and a second image formed by the charge converted in the remaining light-receiving parts 10B excluding a portion of light-receiving parts among many light-receiving parts 10. Thus, since not an imaging device in a special structure as in the conventional example but a general imaging device can be used for the imaging device 1, the influence of the peripheral light is reduced, and the downsizing and the resolution increase are compatibly performed. Also, since the imaging interval of the first image and the second image becomes shorter than the frame rate of the imaging device, the blur of the object image is suppressed.
