摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve modeling so that objective functions can be optimally approximated concerning a calculation technology of objective functions in multi-purpose optimization design support technology to be used for the design of the slider shape of a hard disk. SOLUTION: A parameter space division part 103 inputs initial shape data showing the initial shape of a design object shape and a plurality of sets of parameter/range data samples configured of parameters and range data showing the range of the parameters from storage parts 101 and 102, and calculates the contact conditions of a lump of shape units in the design object shape, and divides the parameter space of each set of parameter/range data samples into a plurality of groups on the basis of the contact conditions. A region modeling part 104 calculates objective functions corresponding to the sets of parameter/range data samples belonging to each of the divided groups, and calculates an objective function approximate formula for modeling the objective functions on the basis of the calculation result.
