PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raised floor structure which has design performance and the functionality of a ventilation function, and is also excellent in construction performance. SOLUTION: In the raised floor structure, the base block 10 for constructing the raised floor structure which has a central portion widely opened toward an undersurface 13 from a top surface 12, has a hollow portion 11 in a height direction, and the base block 10 is formed in a square shape in a plan view is arranged at least in a planar direction; and a flat plate-like flooring material 30 is fixed to a top surface 12, so that an upper surface level can be set in a position higher than a ground level GL. Four upper sides 121 for receiving and fixing the flooring material 30 are provided on the top surface 12 of the base block 10. Each of the upper sides 121 comprises a vent hole 17 which is positioned in the center, and sidewalls 18 which are positioned at both sides of the vent hole 17, respectively. A mortar groove 19 which has a cross section wide in a width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of each of the upper sides 121 is provided inside the sidewall 18.
