PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the effect of error correction by error correction and decoding more fully by effectively dispersing burst errors in a MIMO-OFDM communication system. SOLUTION: An encoding part 110 of a terminal device 100 performs bit interleave, frequency interleave and time interleave as interleave processing of a transmission system 1, and performs various interleave processing according to a rearrangement pattern different from that of the transmission system 1 as interleave processing of a transmission system 2. A deinterleaving part 230 of a base station device 200 performs deinterleave processing according to a rearrangement pattern corresponding to interleave processing in each transmission system 1 or 2 of the encoding part 110. Consequently, since interleave processing is performed according to the rearrangement pattern different between the transmission systems, it is possible to effectively disperse burst errors that simultaneously occur between the transmission systems.
