PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current detecting circuit, capable of accurately output current even when the output terminal voltage of a main switch circuit is reduced. SOLUTION: The main switch circuit exchanges an output current received from a power supply circuit with a load. A first auxiliary switch circuit is connected to one end of the main switch circuit and a first terminal to generate a first sub-detection current. A second auxiliary switch circuit is connected to the other end of the main switch circuit and a second terminal to generate a second sub-detection current. A current adjustment detection circuit carries the first sub-detection current in a direction of receiving it from the first auxiliary switch circuit while adjusting it so that the other end and the first terminal have an equal potential, further carries the second sub-detection current in a direction of outputting it to the second auxiliary switch circuit while adjusting it so that the one end and the second terminal have an equal potential, and generates a detection current proportional to the output current based on the adjusted first sub-detection current and second sub-detection current.
