<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate imbalance in the influence of interference between radio communication terminals in a radio communication environment with an interference signal through the use of a multicarrier transmission continuous subcarrier arrangement system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A base station apparatus performs radio communication with a plurality of radio communication apparatuses by assigning a plurality of subcarriers included in a usable frequency band to the plurality of radio communication apparatuses, and assigning the plurality of subcarriers continuous on a frequency axis to the same radio communication apparatus. In the base station apparatus, information concerning an interference band detected by the radio communication apparatus is received from the radio communication apparatus, so as to assign only the subcarriers without interference among the plurality of subcarriers included in the usable frequency band to the plurality of radio communication apparatuses. Then, respective modulation symbols are arranged in the respective subcarriers assigned by a transmission control part, and then, modulation signals are generated and transmitted.
