PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance control apparatus, a maintenance control system and a maintenance control program by which a maintenance is performed in accordance with the purpose or environment of using a device to be maintained. SOLUTION: When a maintenance program receiving section 28 receives a maintenance program, a maintenance program management section 30 transforms the maintenance program into a format executable for a maintenance program execution section 38. Furthermore, when a maintenance request information receiving section 32 receives maintenance request information for performing maintenance in accordance with the purpose of environment of using a device to be maintained, a maintenance request information management section 34 transforms the maintenance request information into an information format processable for an execution condition generating section 36, and the execution condition generating section 36 generates execution conditions of the maintenance program on the basis of the maintenance request information. The maintenance program execution section 38 executes the maintenance program on the basis of the execution conditions and performs a maintaining operation of the device to be maintained.
