PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small lightweight driving force distributing device of a simple structure capable of actively controlling driving force distribution and rotation speed almost without energy loss. SOLUTION: The driving force distributing device 100 includes: two sets of planetary gear mechanisms 20, each of which comprises a ring gear 21, a planetary gear 22, a planetary gear 23, and a sun gear 24; and a control motor 30 generating differential rotary driving force between right and left wheels. The sun gear 24 is connected to a first gear 25 which driving force from the control motor 30 is input to through a shaft. One of second gears 32 provided on the rotary shafts 34, 35 of the control motor 30 directly meshes with the first gear 25 of the right side planetary gear mechanism 20, and another second gear 31 indirectly meshes with the first gear of the planetary gear mechanism 20 through a third gear 33 provided between the first gear 25 of the left side planetary gear mechanism 20 and the same.
