PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment with a power transmission antenna allowing the power transmission antenna to be easily and swiftly attached to a subject's body. SOLUTION: The garment 1 with the power transmission antenna includes the power transmission antenna 3 to be attached to the garment worn by the subject 10 for transmitting the power by radio to an in-vivo information acquisition device inside the subject, and an opening/closing mechanism for opening/closing at least part of a side 2F or shoulder part 6 of the garment 1.
