<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide incineration equipment capable of efficiently incinerating an incinerated object in a short time without completely generating smoke and soot, bad smell and toxic materials. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The massive incinerated object A charged into a hopper 2 is ground into the granular shape or less by a grinder 3. The air B supplied from an air distribution device 4 is uniformly mixed with the incinerated object A ground by the grinder 3 and supplied into an incineration chamber 6. The incinerated object A in the incineration chamber 6 is ignited by an ignition device 5, and then the ignited incinerated object A is stirred by a stirring device 7 while burned. The incinerated ash Aa of the incinerated object A is recovered and collected in an ash collecting chamber 8 from the incineration chamber 6, and exhaust heat from an exhaust gas G generated in burning the incinerated object A is recovered by an exhaust heat recovering device 9 and released to the atmosphere. Thus the air B of the amount necessary for burning the incinerated object A can be stably obtained, and the incinerated object A can be efficiently and completely burned in a short time.
