<p>Disclosed is a radiation shielding method comprising a step of disposing a hollow container (1) at a predetermined portion of an object to be shielded (100), a subsequent step of feeding a fluid into the container (1) via a hose (22) by a fluid feeding means (2), and a subsequent step of feeding a granular shielding material to the fluid by a shielding material feeding means (3) to thereby convey and fill the shielding material in the container (1). Accordingly, the shielding material is fed and filled together with the fluid in the container (1) at a remote place from the object to be shielded (100). As a result, a worker is not required to approach the object to be shielded (100) and the shielding effect is improved by the granular shielding material, whereby the dose of radiation to the worker can be reduced easily and sufficiently.</p> |
