摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor device for reducing extraction resistance of an input/output electrode; and a method of easily manufacturing the organic semiconductor device. SOLUTION: This organic semiconductor device includes an active layer having a conjugated polymer, and a pair of input/output electrodes in contact with the active layer; and at least either of the pair of input/output electrodes includes an ohmic layer in contact with the active layer and a conductive layer in contact with the ohmic layer. In the organic semiconductor device, the conductive layer and the ohmic layer may have patterns nearly identical to each other when viewed from a direction vertical to the interfacial surface between the conductive layer and the ohmic layer. The ohmic layer may have charge-transfer complex molecules or electron-accepting organic molecules. The conjugated polymer may be a fluorene-thiophene copolymer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
