PURPOSE: An alignment substrate, a liquid crystal display panel, and a method for manufacturing an alignment substrate are provided to prevent alignment of an alignment layer due to misalignment which can occur during combining substrates. CONSTITUTION: In a base substrate, a plurality of unit pixel regions is defined. An alignment layer is formed on the base substrate. The alignment layer includes at least two sub alignment units(181,182,183,184) which divide a unit pixel region into at least two domains. Each sub alignment unit includes a different pre-tilted direction. The pre-tilted direction is aligned clockwise.
