PURPOSE: An organic electric field radiating element is provided to improve a brightness characteristic by forming a second radiating layer including green phosphorescence, a red dopant and a first radiating layer including the phosphorescence and a fluorescence blue dopant. CONSTITUTION: A first stack(130) is located on an anode electrode(120). The first stack includes a radiating layer. The first radiating layer includes a phosphorescence blue dopant and a fluorescence blue dopant. A charge generating layer(140) is located on the first stack. A second stack(150) is located on the charge generating layer. The second stack includes a second radiating layer. The second radiating layer includes a phosphorescence green dopant and a phosphorescence red dopant. A cathode electrode(160) is located on the second stack.
