PURPOSE: A reproduction polyester filament using a reproduction chip is provided to ensure polyester granule purity. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing polyester reproduction chip comprises: a step of removing a metal material by unpacking polyester bottle bale; a step of forming polyester bottle main body; a step of pulverizing pretreated polyester bottle main body to remove label residual; a step of separating plastic of other material with smaller specific gravity than water; a step of removing residual foreign material by applying 2-5 m/s wind force to 0.5-3mm of polyester granule; and a step of separating plastic of other material with smaller specific gravity than water.
