PURPOSE: A semiconductor device with a fuse part is provided to prevent the short circuit between adjacent fuses by arranging a plurality of fuses in zigzag to be contacted to one side of a fuse box. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of fuses(204) are formed on a substrate. An insulating layer(202) covers the fuses. A fuse box(203) exposing a part of the fuse is formed in the insulating layer. A plug connects a creation structure which is formed on the substrate to the fuses. The fuses are arranged in zigzag to be contact with one side of the fuse box.
