PURPOSE: An odor reducing device is provided to improve removal efficiency of odor produced in a treating process of organic waste by successively passing odor gas through a wet-washing part and a filter part. CONSTITUTION: An odor reducing device includes the following: a housing(210) with a gas inlet; a wet-washing part(230) with a cleaning liquid spray unit(232) and is formed on a space connected to the gas inlet; a filter part(240) including one or more filter layers; a first collection space formed on the bottom of the filter part; a gas transfer pipe(281) connecting the wet-washing part and the first collection space; a second collection space formed on the top of the filter part; a blower discharging the gas to the outside; a washing liquid storage part; and a cleaning liquid supply unit(234) supplying the stored cleaning liquid to the cleaning liquid spraying unit.
