PURPOSE: An electric power generating and supplying an apparatus with a piezoelectric element are provided to generate electricity by pressing the piezoelectric element with the weight of pedestrian and/or the vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric element power generation module(10) pressurizes a piezoelectric element with the load of pedestrian and/or vehicles to generate the electricity. A rectifier(20) rectifies the power generated from the piezoelectric element power generation module. A power conversion amplifier(30) amplifies the rectified power to a direct current level. The power supply driving unit(40) operates a power supply unit(50) by the power outputted from the power conversion amplifier.
