<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of positioning a tube with hot stamp on an overall surface thereof, which can extremely easily form a positioning mark and can securely fix a transferred hot stamp foil or a print on the hot stamp foil, and a device for using this method, as well as a tube with hot stamp on an overall surface thereof. <P>SOLUTION: First, the hot stamp foil 2 is transferred to the overall surface of the tube 1 which forms a body part P1 of a synthetic resin container P, and then, the tube 1 is formed into the synthetic resin container P. Next, a cover piece 101 which is interposed between the end part of the tube 1 and a rubber roll 200 and prevents the transfer of the hot stamp foil 2, is fitted on a mandrel 100. Further, the hot stamp foil 2 is transferred to the overall surface of the tube 1 through the cover piece 101. After that, a part where the base portion of the end part of the tube 1 is exposed and the hot stamp foil 2 is not transfered due to the presence of the cover piece 101, is used as the positioning mark M. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
