<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent data in a unit sharing a cell in a semiconductor memory device where writing has been completed in the past from being destroyed by a sudden power disconnection or a write error. <P>SOLUTION: A command analysis means 160 includes a timer 161. When a write command is issued and when a value of the timer 161 that starts measurement from completion of previous writing exceeds a predetermined time, a new block reserve determination means 170 newly reserves a physical block and performs writing.
